Paul Andrew (1970)
Paul Andrew was an outstanding
member of the track and field team while attending Central High School.
Andrew excelled in shot put and discus. In 1970, Andrew set the discus
state record with a mark of 186 feet 8 inches. Also in 1970, he
established a school record with a 60'10" heave in the shot put. As a
junior, Paul placed fifth in state in the shot put and as a senior
